Northumberland
CPR Training
Welcome to Northumberland CPR Training. My name is Kevin Schroeder and I have recently retired as a Captain with the Cobourg Fire Department with total service of over 30 years!
I conduct all training for courses offered through Northumberland CPR Training, offering my knowledge and experience, gained while responding to thousands of medical incidents over the years. For 12 years I looked after our medical program at work, training firefighters in First Aid, Basic life support, AED (automated External Defibrillator), oxygen therapy and more.
Previously, I offered training under EMP Canada, and I am now a certified BLS instructor working under Heart and Stroke. Previous clients I taught were health care providers, factory employees, trades people, teachers, firefighters at other departments as well as municipal employees.
All courses with Heart and Stroke meet WSIB requirements in Canada and can be offered in the workplace or at Venture 13 in Cobourg, ON.
I pride myself in offering courses in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. This is the best way to learn, in my opinion.
Northumberland CPR Training use new laerdal mannequins with feedback devices, bag valve masks and AED trainers for all CPR and BLS courses.
Please call or email for additional information.
We look forward to assisting you with your health and safety needs.
